Update All Entries with HMRC VAT Return Approvers

Use the HMRC VAT Return Approval submodule to update all entries with HMRC VAT return approvers.

To use HMRC VAT Return Approval in the Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To update all entries with HMRC VAT return approvers:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the entries that you want to update with HMRC VAT return approvers.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > HMRC VAT Return Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Update All Entries with Approvers .
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
