Set Price Quote Defaults to Allow Editing of Hourly Sales Price on Price Quote Lines

Use Price Quote Defaults in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to set Price Quote (PQ) defaults to allow editing of hourly sales price on PQ lines.

To use Price Quote Defaults in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To set a PQ default to allow editing of hourly sales price on PQ lines:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the PQ defaults that you want to set to allow the editing of the hourly sales price on PQ lines.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Price Quote Defaults.
  4. Highlight the PQ default that you want to set to allow the editing of the hourly sales price on PQ lines, and select the Allow Editing of Hourly Sales Price on Pprice Quote Lines check box.
  5. To prevent a PQ default from allowing the editing of the hourly sales price on PQ lines, deselect the Allow Editing of Hourly Sales Price on Price Quote Lines check box.
