Search for Mileage Rates

Use the Mileage Types submodule to search for mileage rates.

To use Mileage Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a standard mileage rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the standard mileage rate that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Mileage Types.
4. Click the Standard Mileage List tab and on the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the standard mileage rate.
