Remove Standard Material Types

Use the Material Types submodule to remove standard material types.

To use Material Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a standard material type:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to remove a standard material type.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Material Types.
4. Click the Standard Material List tab.
5. Highlight the material type that you want to remove and click Remove material type .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the material type at once.
