Use
Databoards in the
Advanced Tools submodule in the
Settings module to remove access type records.
To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To remove an access type record:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove an access type record.

In the left pane of the Settings page, click
.

On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard from which you want to remove an access type record.

Click the
Access Settings tab and on the tab toolbar, click the
Access Types tab.

Highlight the access type record that you want to remove.

Click
and select
Remove.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the access type record immediately.
