Open Task Cards of Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the task cards of tasks with not fully booked capacity need.

To use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the task card of a task with not fully booked capacity need:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need.
3. Highlight the task with not fully booked capacity need whose task card you want to open.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Open Horizontal Task Card or Open Task Card Sidebar , whichever you prefer.
5. To close the task card, click Open Horizontal Task Card or Open Task Card Sidebar again.
   Alternatively, click Close Task Card .
