Merge Material Types

Use the Job Administration Fees submodule to merge material types.

To use Job Administration Fees in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To merge material types:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the material types that you want to merge.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Job Administration Fees.
  4. Highlight one of the material types that you want to merge and on the grid toolbar, click Merge selected material type with another one .
  5. In the Add the Selected Material Type dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the other material type that you want to merge and click OK.
