Show Job Type Details Externally

To use the Job type submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To show a job type detail externally:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Job Type.
3. Highlight the job type with a job type detail you want to show externally.
4. In the middle grid, highlight the job type detail you want to show externally and then select the Show Externally checkbox.
