Update Client Group Dimension for All Jobs

To use the Client groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To update the client group dimension for all jobs:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Client Groups.
  3. On the Groups Setup tab, highlight the client group whose dimension you want to update for all jobs and click Apply as Dimensions Value on Jobs .
  4. In the Apply as Dimensions Value on Jobs dialog box, double check the selected scope and if no changes are needed, click OK.
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Continue Anyway.
    Note: This action cannot be reversed.
