Filter Price List Data According to Levels

Use the Price List Setup tab under the Price Lists submodule to filter the data of selected price lists according to levels.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To filter the data of a price list according to levels:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price list whose data you want to filter according to levels.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the Price List Setup tab and on the grid toolbar, select any of the following filters, as applicable:
   • All: Use this filter to view all levels of price list data.
   • Basic: Use this filter to view all basic price list data.
   • Activity: Use this filter to view all activity price list data.
   • Exceptions: Use this filter to view all exception price list data. This includes data from all source types except Basic Price and Activity Price.
