Enable Active Status of Job Types

Use the Job Type submodule to enable the active status of job types.

To use Job Type in the Dimensions submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a job type:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the job type that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Job Type.
4. Highlight the job type that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
