Edit Journal Types Mapping Options

Use Journal Types in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to edit journal types mapping options.

To use Journal Types in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit journal types mapping options:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company thta contains the journal types mapping options that you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Journal Types.
  4. Click the Journal Types Mapping tab, and use the corresponding drop-down lists to make changes to the journal types mapping options.
