Display Material Entry Records Based on Information Views

Use the Costs submodule to display material entry records based on information views.

To use Costs, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display material entry records based on information views:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the material entry records that you want to display based on information views.
3. In the left pane, click Costs.
4. Click the Materials tab.
5. Use the drop-down list to select the information view that you want to use to display the list of material entry records on the screen.
