Delete Profile Subjects from Resource Profile Types

Use Resource Profiles in the Clients & Resources submodule in the Settings module to delete profile subjects from resource profile types.

To use Resource Profiles in the Clients & Resources submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a profile subject from a resource profile type:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a profile subject.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Clients & Resources > Resource Profiles.
4. Highlight the resource profile type that has the profile subject that you want to delete.
5. On the subgrid toolbar, click Delete Profile Subject .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the profile subject immediately.
