Delete Mileage Rates

Use the Mileage Types submodule to delete mileage rates.

To use Mileage Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a mileage rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a mileage rate.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Mileage Types.
4. Click the Standard Mileage List tab.
5. Highlight the mileage rate that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete mileage rate .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
