Create Mileage Rates

Use the Mileage Types submodule to create mileage rates.

To use Mileage Types in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a mileage rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a mileage rate.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Mileage Types.
4. Click the Standard Mileage List tab and click Create new mileage rate .
5. In the Create New Mileage Rate dialog box, enter a description and select a currency and activity from the corresponding drop-down lists.
6. Click OK.
7. You can edit or fill out the different fields by double-clicking on them.
