Agent Type 89 - Notification: Incomplete Time Entry

Use Agent Type 89 - Notification: Incomplete Time Entry to send notifications to users when they have incomplete timesheet entries. This notification provides users with a list of dates and registered hours.

Prerequisites

This agent requires Notification: Incomplete Time Entry to be enabled from the following location: Settings > Advanced tools > Conversation and notification setup.

Columns

The notification contains the following columns:

Field Description
Client The client for whom the job was created.
Job Number The ID of the job that is associated with the user's timesheet.
Job Name The name of the job that is associated with the user's timesheet.
Task The task for which the user entered time.
Hours Used The total number of hours that the user entered on the task.
Activity The task activity for which the user entered time.
Rate The billing rate per hour for the activity.
Task Booking The number of hours for which the user is booked on the task.
Total Hours The total number of hours to date that the user has spent on the task.
