Agent Type 85 - Notification: Project Entries Ready for Posting
Use Agent Type 85 - Notification: Project Entries Ready for Posting to send notifications about project entries that are ready for posting to the user who is specified in the Company Responsible or Finance Responsible field on the Basic Settings tab of the Company information pane/card (). If no user is defined in the Finance Responsible field, the agent sends the notification to the user who is defined in the Company Responsible field. The notification contains the entire project posting window so that the user can complete the postings directly from their WorkBook inbox.

| Check only on Records Older than NN days for Agent Execution Time | By default, this agent includes all project entries that are ready for posting up to the current date. Use this parameter to include only those project entries that are X number of days old. Deltek recommends that you exclude time entries for the current day to give users some extra time to fix their time entries. However, you must also consider he schedule. |
