Agent Type 62 - Add Notification on Milestone Tasks to Conversation List

Use Agent Type 62 - Add Notification on Milestone Tasks to Conversation List to send a notification that specifies the completion date of a milestone task.

This agent adds a notification to the task conversation of a milestone task before its completion date. You specify the number of days in advance of the completion date that the notification is added to the conversation in the parameters. An example of the notification is:

This milestone task expires on <task end date>

To identify a task as a milestone task, select the Milestone check box when you create a task or on the Basic Settings tab of an existing task.
