Agent Type 56 - Add Active Task to Conversation List

Use Agent Type 56 - Add Active Task to Conversation List to automatically create task conversations by adding tasks to the WorkBook inboxes of the users who are working on those tasks.

Parameters

Field	Description
Include Tasks where the Start Date is x Number of Days from Today	The agent includes tasks whose start date from the current date is defined by the number specified in this parameter. For example, if you enter 3 in this parameter on February 1, 2022, the agent includes tasks whose start date falls on February 4, 2022.
Include Low-Priority Tasks	You define the task priority on the Basic Settings tab of the task card.
Send Email Notification to Task Resources	Use this check box to send an emails to employees when a new task is added to their WorkBook inboxes.
Include Internal (Non-Customer) Tasks	Use this check box to include tasks on internal jobs, as defined by the job client type.
