Agent Type 161 - Notification: Rejected Entries

Use Agent Type 161 - Rejected Entries to provide users with an overview of all rejected entries.

Columns

The notification can be used to either clear the entry and leave it as rejected or start a conversation with the user who rejected it to gather more information. The notification contains a grid that includes the following columns:

Field	Description
Entry Type	The type of entry that was rejected.
Date	The date on which the rejected entry was created.
Author	The user who submitted the entry that was rejected.
Job	The job for which the rejected entry was created.
Company	The Company under which the rejected entry was created.
Client	The client for which the rejected entry was created.
Description	The text that was entered in the Description field of the rejected entry.
Rejected by	The user who rejected the entry.
Rejection Date	The date on which the entry was rejected.
Rejection Comment	The comment that the user who rejected the entry provided.
Units	The number of units of the rejected entry.
Currency	The currency of the entry that was rejected.
Cost	The cost of the entry that was rejected.
Sales	The sales price of the entry that was rejected.
