Agent Type 154 - Notification: Tasks with Missing Activity

Use Agent Type 154 - Notification: Tasks with Missing Activity to send a notification to the resource who is responsible for a task that does not have any activity set for it.

Columns

The notification uses the subject, Tasks with Missing Activity and displays the list of tasks for which the resource is responsible that have no set activities. You can also use this notification to add an activity to the task. The notification contains a grid that includes the following columns:

Field	Description
Job	The name of the job with which the task is associated.
Resource	The resource who is responsible for the task.
Task Name	The name of the task that has no set activity.
Activity	This column is blank. You can use it to add activities to the task.
Task Start Date	The start date of the task that has no set activity.
Task End Date	The end date of the task that has no set activity.
Client	The client of the job with which the task is associated.
