Agent Type 145 - Databoard Export
Use Agent Type 145 - Databoard Export to perform multiple databoard exports directly to a file destination that you set or to a specific database table. THis agent exports all scheduled databoards using the settings specified in .
Parameters
You must first set up at least one databoard for scheduled exporting. For instructions, see Create Databoards. You can define the settings for scheduled exporting in . For instructions, see Add New Databoard Export Schedules.
Select the databoard to export, and then define the following parameters:

| Databoard | The databoard that is selected for export. |
| Databoard View | The databoard output view. |
| Next Run Date | The date on which the selected databoard is to be exported. |
| Next Run Time | The time when the selected databoard is to be exported. |
| Repeat Level | How often the databoard is to be exported. |
| Repeat Interval | The interval at which the databoard is to be exported. |
| Active | Indicates whether the databoard export is active. |
| Destination Type | Indicates the type of destination for the export file, such asFile location or Database table. |
| Destination Path | The direct path to which the export file is saved. |
| Overwrite Option | Select this option to have the export file overwritten each time that a new export process occurs. |
Attention: The agent fails if any of this information is missing from the Databoard Export Scheduling menu.
