Add Tasks Options for Time Entry

Use Time Sheet in the Cost Entry submodule in the Finance & Administration module to add tasks to your timesheet. Depending on your role in WorkBook, you have several options to choose from when adding tasks.

Note: To complete this task, you must have access to Finance & Administration and Time & Expense as defined in Employee Cross-Company under Settings.

To add task options for time entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. In the left pane, click Cost Entry > Time Sheet.
  3. On the grid toolbar, select the Weekly or Daily tab.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Show More Options > Add Task Options and select any of the following options:
    • Add All Active Tasks from this Week
    • Add All Active Tasks from this Week with Allocated Hours
    • Add Tasks Where the Deadline has Passed
    • Add Future Tasks
    • Add All Active Tasks
    • Add Pinned Jobs and Tasks to Selected Week
    You can select more than one option for adding tasks.
