Use the Creditor Invoice Approval submodule to add new comments with attached files to creditor invoice conversations.
To use Creditor Invoice Approval, you must have access to
Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To add a new comment with attached files to a creditor invoice conversation:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.

In the left pane of the Tasks page, click
.

Highlight the creditor invoice of the conversation that you want to add a new comment with attached files to.

in the left pane of the bottom grid, click
Invoice conversation
.

Enter your comment in the
Type a Comment or Drag Files Here field.

Click
and locate and open the file that you want to attach.
Alternatively, drag the file that you want to attach to the
Type a Comment or Drag Files Here field.

Click
Publish or
Private.
WorkBook displays the new comment at the bottom of the list of comments.
