Project Planning Performance Report
Use the Project Planning Performance report to review project plan schedules and all aspects of plan performance: history, forecasts, hours, costs, units (if appropriate), and profitability.
This report is only available if you have the Resource Planning module.
Settings
The contents of this report depend on whether or not the following options are selected on the Plan Settings form ():
- Enable Expense Planning
- Enable Consultant Planning
- Enable Unit Planning
If Enable Unit Planning is not selected, actual units on a project are included in the expenses or consultants sections of the report if the project is in a company where unit planning is not enabled.

The fields and options displayed in the header area above the tabs on this report are available regardless of the currently selected tab. - Project Planning Performance Columns & Groups Tab
Use the Columns & Groups tab to organize and group data and to select the columns to display on your report. - Project Planning Performance Options Tab
Use the Options tab to include unposted labor, include committed purchase order expenses, and set detail levels for labor, expenses, consultant expenses, and units on the Project Planning Performance report. - Project Planning Performance Layout Tab
Use the Layout tab of an individual report to choose document formatting properties, fonts, default field formats and other overall properties for reports. You can select defaults for many of the fields via My Preferences to apply specific options that you reuse when running reports. - Columns for Project Planning Performance
You can select the columns to display on your report. - How Unit Planning Affects Report Output
If at least one company has unit planning enabled, some fields are affected in the compensation section of the Project Planning Performance report.
