Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Cancel and Revert Changes

While building a proposal that includes hub records, you can cancel any actions that have occurred during the active session and revert back to the last saved proposal.

Prerequisite: In the Navigation pane, select Proposals > Custom Proposals and then create a new proposal or open an existing proposal.

To cancel and revert changes in the proposal builder:

  1. Hover over a hub record on the proposal and click Options > Edit Record Layout.
    The Proposal Builder changes to Edit Record Layout mode
  2. Add or remove records and elements on the proposal.
  3. Click Cancel and Revert Changes to cancel the edits and return the proposal to the original format.
