Display the My Career Path Screen

You can access your My Career Path screen on the Career Center menu or, if your organization uses the Continuous Feedback feature and has enabled the Career Path tab, by clicking Manage Career Paths on the Career Path tab.

To display the My Career Path screen on the Navigation Pane:

1. Click Career Center.
2. Click Career Development.
3. Click Career Paths.

To display the My Career Path screen on the Career Path tab:

4. Click Performance.
5. Click Continuous Feedback.
6. Click the link for the session you want to view. If you are a Manager with a list of sessions for which you are both the manager and the employee listed, be sure to select the correct session, where your role is employee.
7. Click the Career Pathtab.
8. Click Manage Career Paths.
