Filter User List

Filter the list of users to quickly search for an individual user or a group of users.

To filter the list of users:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Settings > Manage Users.
  2. On the User Management page, specify filter values to filter the list of users:
    Note: You can specify any combination of filters.
    1. In the First Name filter field, enter a first name.
    2. In the Last Name filter field, enter a last name.
    3. In the Email filter field, enter an email address.
    4. In the Permissions filter field, select the users' permissions.

    5. In the Discipline filter field, select the users' disciplines or natures of work.
    6. In the Role filter field, select the users' roles or positions.
    7. In the Status filter field, select the users' statuses.

  3. To sort the users in the user list, click a header.
    Tip: Click a header multiple times to toggle the sort order by ascending, descending, and disabled.
