Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Teams Portion

Use the contents of this portion to manage the teams and respective members who are working on a project.

Under Teams, the following options are available:

Item Description
Add Team Member Click this button to display the Add Team Members dialog box which enables you to add or remove project team members.

Teams Carousel This carousel shows the following available teams for the project:
  • Architectural Team
  • Structural Team
  • Consultant Team
  • Mechanical Team
  • Electrical Team
  • Plumbing Team
  • Civil Team
  • Coordination Team
  • Construction Team
  • Facilities Management Team
  • Building Product Manufacturer Team

Team Options

The following options for each team in the team carousel are available:

Option Description
Team Members Click this icon to view members of the team.

See Team Members Dialog Box.

Menu Icon Click this icon to display the following menu options:
  • Add Team Member: Display the Add Team Members dialog box and add a member to the team.

    This option is available only when you have a user in your A/E firm whose user discipline matches the team's discipline. This user must not currently be a member of the project team.

  • Remove Team Member: Display the Remove Team Members dialog box and remove a member from the team.

    This option is available only for project teams that currently have at least one member.
