Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reject All Track Changes (New Workspace)

As an administrator or author, reject all track changes within an element to discard all pending/unresolved content changes and revert the affected content items to an earlier state. new workspace

To reject all track changes:

  1. In the new workspace, view a project element's track change contents and track change tips.
  2. On the Track Changes tab (), click More actions > Reject All Changes.
    The track change tips are now available on the Track Changes tab under Resolved and display the following message: Rejected Edits.

    In the new workspace editor, the changed contents revert to their previous state. For added text, Specpoint permanently removes the added content. The changed content now display without a track change in-line indicator.
