Login Troubleshooting
Use this resource to resolve login issues.
The following table shows the errors that you might encounter when you log in and the steps that you can take to resolve these errors:

| "Failed to Login" | You entered an incorrect username and/or password | Reset your password. |
| "The email address is not attached to a Specpoint account. Access has been terminated." | Your account is inactive. | Contact your administrator. |
