Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Filter Projects in Grid View

Filter projects in grid view to search for projects or display only project cards that fit your set search criteria.

To filter projects while in grid view:

  1. On the top menu, click .
  2. On the Projects Home page, click Card.
  3. Click (filter icon).
  4. Enter filter values:
    Note: You can specify any combination of filters.
    1. Enter Project Group.
    2. Enter Project Name.
    3. Enter Project#.
      When you filter by project number, the Project #s display at the bottom of each project card in the filter results.
    Specpoint updates the project cards as you specify values for each filter field.
  5. To clear all filter entries, click Clear Filters.
