Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Document Settings - Global Tab

Use the contents of this tab to configure the format of general project contents.

Navigate to the following contents:

Global Font

Field Description
Global Font Override Select this option to use the specified global font format for the project section contents instead of the set formatting on other Document Settings tabs.
Font Select a global font face or type.
Size Select a global font size.

Global Font Styles

Option Description
Global Font Style Override Select this option to use the specified global font styles for the project section contents instead of the set formatting and styles on other Document Settings tabs.
Font Style Select any combination of the following options to set the font style:
  • Bold: Click this button to toggle the bold formatting for the global font.
  • Italic: Click this button to toggle the italicized formatting for the global font.
  • Underline: Click this button to toggle the underline for the global font.
Justification Select one of the following options to align the section text:
  • Align Left: Click this button to align paragraphs left.
  • Center: Click this button to center paragraphs.
  • Align Right: Click this button to align paragraphs right.
Color Select the global font color.

Page Margins

Field Description
Left Enter the amount, in inches, of spacing from the left edge of the page.
Right Enter the amount, in inches, of spacing from the right edge of the page.
Top Enter the amount, in inches, of spacing from the top edge of the page.
Bottom Enter the amount, in inches, of spacing from the bottom edge of the page.
