Request Support via Email

Use the Email Help Desk option on the Help menu to open your default email client and send an email for support and clarifications.

As the designated account administrator, you can send email to Deltek's dedicated help desk for Specpoint. For all other users, you can send a support request email to the designated account administrator for your BPM.

To send an email for support or clarifications:

  1. On the top menu, click Help > Email Help Desk.
  2. On your default email client, enter the appropriate subject and email body for your concern.
  3. Send your email.
