Layouts

You can use the available layouts to determine what data is displayed in the Web Components.

The following layouts are available in the RO / Resourcing workspace and Resource Plans:

  • Default: The normal look and content of a grid-type display that is created automatically.
  • Actuals: Shows the Budget, Actuals to Date, Allocated after Date, and Grand Total columns.
  • Planning: Shows the Budget, Allocated, and Remaining columns.

The following layouts are available in the RM:

  • Default: The normal look and content of a grid-type display that is created automatically.
  • By Company: Groups the resources by company and showing a total for each.
  • By Department: Groups the resource by department and showing a total for each.
  • Resource Planning: Lists all resources in alphabetical order.

You can find a list of the layouts to which you have access by clicking the drop-down arrow for the Layout Selector.
