Use this dialog box to view the changes made to work packages or activities. You can see the value submitted in the previous period, what is in the live project, and what is being submitted for approval.
Whether you are the submitter or the approver, you can access this dialog box by clicking the * in the Delta column next to any activity or work package that progresses and has been edited but not yet approved.
All columns in this grid are displayed in read-only mode.

Column |
This column displays the name of the column whose value has been updated from the Enter Cost Progress form or Enter Schedule Progress form. When you add a new resource assignment, the word "Add" is included in parenthesis after the description in this column. When you delete a resource assignment, the word "Delete" is included in parenthesis after the description in this column. |
Prior Period |
This column displays the field value from the prior period. The prior period is identified by examining the project’s calendar and the existing progress history within PM Compass. The prior period values come from the last progress history, with the last updated field equal to or before the prior period. For schedule-only projects, the prior period is the date of the last approved progress entry. If no status was submitted in the prior period or if the progress history has been deleted, the prior period will be blank. |
Old Value |
This column displays the value in the live project. |
New value |
This column displays the new value for the field. |
