Custom Menu Overview

The Custom Menu feature allows a PM Compass system administrator to configure a custom menu item within the PM Compass interface to connect and execute an external API endpoint.

Important: This feature is not designed to call the PM Compass API directly from PM Compass.

Use the Custom Menu feature to:

Create custom menu items for multiple external endpoints.
Add the fields you want to send through the endpoint.
Configure the parameters required to implement Open Authorization (OAuth) for the endpoint.

The ability to view and execute a custom menu item depends on your user role.

Deltek recommends that only one user should access the Custom Menu form at a time to prevent issues, rather than multiple users concurrently.
