Review Defect Management Progress

Use the defect management dashboard to review key performance indicator (KPI) graphs and identify areas that require further investigation.

You access the defect performance dashboard from a project record by clicking the Snagging Dashboard or Punch Lists Dashboard tab, depending on your territory.

Key Performance Indicator Graphs

The following KPI graphs are available:

Performance Chart	Description
Open / Closed Status	Displays the total number of defects for the project, split by open and closed status
Due Status	Displays the total number of defects for the project, split by due date
Breakdown by Status	Displays the total number of defects for the project, split by defect status
Breakdown by Type	Displays the total number of defects for the project, split by defect category
Work Package Summary	Displays the combined total number of defects for each work package assigned to the project
Organization Summary	Displays the combined total number of open and closed defects for each organization associated with the project
Performance History	Displays defect activity over time for the project, ranging from the first logged defect to the last time a defect was added or edited. Data points are defined as months on the X axis. You can zoom into selected time periods by clicking and dragging over the X axis.
