Publish Changes to a Document Already in PIM
You can publish the latest changes to a document that has already been published to PIM if you want to continue working on it while keeping the file checked out to you. When you publish a snapshot of a file, you can choose to keep the existing publish details, or you can modify them.
To publish changes to a document already in PIM:

To display the
Local File Management page, do either of the following:
- Navigate to the Information Zone, and then click the Local File Management tab.
- Right-click the Deltek
Local File Management icon
in your system tray and choose
Local File Management Page.

On the Local File Management screen, in the In
PIM section, do any of the following:
- To update a file without modifying any of the publish details, click
.
Alternatively, to update multiple documents, select the check box of each document that you want to update, and then click Express Snapshot Publish on the In PIM header.
- To update a file and modify the publish details, click
.
You can modify any publish details, including publish locations, linked attributes, title, version number, document details and comments, and so on. After you finish modifying the details, click Publish.
