Access Deltek's Support Center

To access the Support Center site for the first time, complete the following steps.

  1. Go to http://deltek.custhelp.com

  2. On the login page click Need Help?. In the Reset Your Password section, enter your username and click Send. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

  3. When you have received your temporary password enter the details at

    http://deltek.custhelp.com and click Log In.

Note: If you do not have a username and password for the Deltek Support Center, contact your firm's Maconomy Administrator. If you forget your username or password, you can click the Need Help? button on the login screen for help.
