Drop a Class

Point of Contact and Learner users can drop from a class/course/learning path, and a Point of Contact user can drop a learner from a class/course/learning path. When a user drops a class, wait-listed users will be automatically enrolled to the class or course in a “first-in, first-out” manner.

To drop a class:

1. On the Course Profile screen, click Drop Class.
2. On the dialogue box, click OK to confirm that you are dropping the class.
