Contents of the Learning Path Profile Screen

The Learning Path Profile displays the following tabs, columns, and fields.

Details Tab

The Details tab displays the learning path description and a More Information flyout menu that displays the following information:

Field	Description
Product	This field indicates the product associated with the learning path.
Roles	This field indicates the roles associated with this learning path.
Learning Path Status	This field displays the current status of the learning path: Draft: This means that the learning path is not yet open for enrollment to students. Note: Courses can be added to or removed from a learning path only while it is in Draft status. Open: This means that the learning path is open for enrollment. Archived: This means that the learning path is inactive but still visible. Inactive: This means that the learning path is no longer used or available.
Topics Covered	This field indicates the topics covered in the learning path.

Courses Tab

Field	Description
Course	This is the name of the course. You can click this name to display the Course Profile.
Status	This field displays the current status of the course: Open: Students can search for and enroll in the class. In Progress: The class is in session and students can search for and find the class, but cannot enroll if the add/drop date for the class has passed. Closed: This class is no longer offered. Inactive: The class is not currently offered. It is listed in the course catalog, but classes cannot be created for it, and students cannot enroll in it.
Student Progress	This displays statuses such as Not Enrolled, Enrolled, In Progress, Completed, and Dropped. Note: There are instances where the courses display a padlock icon, in which case, the Student’s Progress is blank. Courses with padlock icon are: Course with prerequisites not yet completed by the user Course with future start date Course with past end date Course with non-default bundle the user is not subscribed to Instructor-led course with no enrollable classes (0 class, no available session, no open classes)

Students Tab

Field	Description
Enroll Students	Click Select Students to search and select students for enrollment in the learning path, and then confirm your selection.
Current Students	This field indicates the list of current students enrolled in the learning path/course, including the Student Progress expressed in a completion bar.
