In addition to terminal messages, you can also display messages to users logging into the web application.

The messages will appear in a pop-up form that appears after the person logs in.

If the message requires acknowledgement, agreement, or disagreement, the person must click the appropriate icon in the messages pop-up window.

After the person closes the messages pop-up window, the person can continue using the web application.
