Modify Group Access Rights on a Folder

You can update a space group's access rights on a specific folder.

You must a space owner, or the owner or manager of the folder you want to edit.

To modify a group's access rights on a folder:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
  2. Click the space to navigate to it. To search for a space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.
  3. Click the Documents tab to select it.
  4. In the Folders tree, click > View Properties for the folder you want to modify. If the Folders tree is not displayed, click to display it.
  5. In the Folder dialog box, click on the Groups section header.
  6. Modify any access rights for any current groups assigned to the folder. To provide access to a group that is not currently assigned to the folder, click Add Group. To remove a group's access to the folder, click .
  7. Click Save.
