Fields and Options

Use the Deltek CRM toolbar, the My Settings and Log In Assistance dialog boxes, and other dialog boxes to perform basic tasks.

  • Deltek CRM Toolbar
    Use the Deltek CRM toolbar in the upper-right corner of the page to perform actions that apply globally to Deltek CRM. For example, you can specify your personal settings or log off.
  • Log In Assistance Dialog Box
    If you forget your Deltek CRM password, use the Log In Assistance dialog box to specify a new password. If you forget your user ID, use this dialog box to ask that your user ID be sent to your email address.
  • My Settings Dialog Box
    Use the My Settings dialog box to specify a date format, decimal symbol, and digit grouping symbol. If your firm implements integration with Kona Business or GovWin IQ, you can also establish your connections to those applications from this dialog box.
  • Rich Text Editor
    Use the rich text editing dialog box to enter or review a comment, note, or description when you want a larger text entry/viewing area or when you want to apply formatting to the text. When the icon displays near a comment, note, or description field, the rich text editing dialog box is available for entering or viewing the text for that field. Click to open the dialog box.
  • Rename Search Dialog Box
    Use the Rename Search dialog box to specify a new name for a previously saved custom search.
  • Change Image Dialog Box
    Use the Change Image dialog box to select an image (for example, a company logo or a contact photograph), crop the image, and assign it to an opportunity, company, contact, or employee.
