Log In Assistance Dialog Box

If you forget your Deltek CRM password, use the Log In Assistance dialog box to specify a new password. If you forget your user ID, use this dialog box to ask that your user ID be sent to your email address.

To display the Log In Assistance dialog box, complete the following steps:
  1. Display the Deltek CRM login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password or user ID? above the PASSWORD field.

Field Description
I forgot my password If you forgot your password for logging in to Deltek CRM, select this option.
USER ID If you selected I forgot my password, enter your Deltek CRM user ID in USER ID
When you click Send, one of the following occurs:
  • If the user ID that you entered is valid and has an associated email address, Deltek CRM sends an email message to that address that contains a temporary password. Follow the directions in the email to reset your password the next time that you log in.
  • If the user ID is not valid or it does not have an associated email address, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the login page, and contact your system administrator for assistance.
I forgot my user ID If you forgot your user ID for logging in to Deltek CRM, select this option.
EMAIL If you selected I forgot my user ID, enter the email address that is associated with your employee information in Deltek CRM.
When you click Send, one of the following occurs:
  • If the email address you enter is associated with one valid user ID, Deltek CRM sends an email message to that address that contains the user ID.
  • If the email address is not associated with a valid user ID or is associated with more than one user ID, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the login page, and contact your system administrator for assistance.
I'm using database This field displays the database you selected to log in to on the login page.
Send Click this button to request that either a temporary password or your user ID be emailed to you.
Cancel Click this button to close the dialog box without requesting that a temporary password or your user ID be emailed to you.
