Inactivating a reporting entity
An inactive reporting entity cannot be
used, but it remains in the database and continues to appear on financial
statements.
When you inactivate a reporting entity,
you select a replacement for it.
- From
the Company menu, click Financials > Reporting
Entities.
- If the status of the items in the list is not visible, click
(Customize), select the Status check
box, and click OK. In the Status column, select All.
- Click
the reporting entity you want to make inactive, and click
Edit.
- In
the Status field, select Inactive.
- Click
Save.
- Click Close.
