Open Resource Card of Invoice Responsible Employees of Due Invoices in the Transactions and Due Invoices Subgrid

Use the Debtor List submodule to open the resource card of invoice responsible employees of due invoices in the Transactions and Due Invoices subgrid.

To use Debtor List in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the invoice responsible employee of a due invoice in the Transactions and Due Invoices Subgrid:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the due invoice whose invoice responsible employee resource card you want to open.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor with the invoice responsible employee resource card that you want to open.
5. On the grid toolbar, click Show/hide subgrid .
6. In the Transactions and Due Invoices subgrid, click the Debtor List Due Invoices Posting Grid tab.
7. Highlight the due invoice with the invoice responsible employee resource card that you want to open.
8. In the corresponding Invoice responsible field, click the employee photo.
