Move a Phase Up or Down (from the Phase Settings Screen)

Use the Tasks submodule to move phases up ro down.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To move a phase up or down:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the phase that you want to update.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click the Gantt view.
6. In the grid, highlight the phase that you want to update and click Phase Settings on the tab toolbar.
7. On the toolbar of the Phase Settings screen, click Move Phase Up or Move Phase Down .
